PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA – A Port St. Lucie Police Sergeant continues to fight a 45-day suspension after a breath test found alcohol in his system when he was on the job.
According to internal affairs records, Sergeant Martin Curran showed up to work in May smelling like alcohol. The reports also claim he was quote, “physically unfit for duty”.
Curran denies the allegations. He continues to work pending an appeal.
